Description:
Mooncake is part of d'Annam’s Chapter 3: Majestic China collection and takes inspiration from the traditional pastries shared during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The fragrance recreates the comforting sweetness and cultural symbolism associated with the dessert through a gourmand composition.

Golden syrup and honey introduce a rich sweetness that evokes the pastry’s glossy crust. In the heart, mung bean and lotus seed provide a creamy, slightly nutty character reminiscent of traditional mooncake fillings. The distinctive salted egg yolk accord introduces a savoury nuance that balances the sweetness and adds depth to the composition. Vanilla in the base enhances the fragrance’s warmth and smoothness, creating a rounded gourmand structure that reflects the nostalgic atmosphere and celebratory tradition associated with mooncakes.
