Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we only sell authentic products. We do not sell counterfeit or fake products.
What is a decant?
Decants are the authentic fragrances transferred into glass vials (perfume bottles). Decants are great for testing a fragrance before committing to a full bottle or travelling.
What kind of bottles do your decants come in?
We use glass vials with high quality atomisers.
How come my decant bottle isn’t full?
Our glass vials are capable of holding 5ml and 10ml, but we only fill up to 4ml and 8ml of fragrance respectively. We intentionally leave some space inside the bottle in order to maintain the optimal operation of the atomiser.
Do you label your fragrance decants?
Yes, we label our fragrances accordingly.
What are Testers?
These are authentic fragrances that generally come with a plain box and/or without a cap. Customers can enjoy significant savings by purchasing tester bottles instead of full retail presentation bottles.
What are Partials?
These are authentic fragrances that have been pre-owned and used. We will specify the amount of fragrance and condition of the bottle at the point of sale.
What are Full Bottles?
These are fragrances that are sealed in their original packaging and have not been used. This also applies to Tester bottles.
Do you stock “X” fragrance?
We might not have a fragrance you’re looking for right now, but let us know what you’re looking for by sharing your request on the Contact Us page. We will let you know if we can access the fragrance for you and provide you with a quote.
How do pre-orders work?
If you request a fragrance on the Contact Us page, we will provide you a quote for your desired fragrance. If you accept our quote, we will hold a deposit from you to source your fragrance. Pre-orders will generally be cheaper than buying from our online store. This is a great way to enjoy even further savings on your fragrances. Pre-orders generally take 30 - 40 days to reach your door. Please note that any delays in our domestic and international shipping network are beyond our control and we will advise you accordingly.
What happens if my pre-order doesn’t arrive?
If there’s any indication that your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will advise you with options and/or a refund of your deposit.
