To contact us about an order, please email sales@nzfragrance.com. This is the only email address actively monitored for sales purposes; emails to any other email address owned by NZ Fragrance does not guarantee a response.
SHIPPING
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Once you receive your tracking email, it may take up to 24 hours before it is activated by the Courier.
While we endeavor to meet these delivery expectations, sales periods will occasionally extend the shipping time. Any delays through the Courier network (both domestic and international) are outside of our control.
By selecting “Authority To Leave” for your delivery, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and responsibilities once the package has been delivered by the courier.

Nationwide, Urban: $8.50
Rural surcharge: $3.50
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT
If your package was lost or damaged during transit, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act and work with the Courier to locate your package to the best of our ability. If your package cannot be located, you may be eligible for a either a refund or replacement of the lost product. You must notify us of a lost or damaged package during transit within 30 days of the expected or actual delivery date (whichever is later) to make a claim.
STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY
We do not provide cover, refunds, or compensation for packages reported stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery, including where a Proof of Delivery (POD) has been supplied by the courier.
PRE-ORDERS
The estimated shipping time for all pre-orders is 30 days and we will provide you with updates accordingly.
