Description:
L'Homme Cologne Gingembre was launched in 2011 as a fresh interpretation of Yves Saint Laurent’s L'Homme, drawing on the structure of classic masculine colognes while placing ginger at the centre of the composition. Aquatic notes and bergamot establish a bright, clean opening before ginger introduces its distinctive fresh-spicy character. Violet leaf, white pepper and basil reinforce the aromatic and green qualities of the heart. The fragrance settles into musk, Virginia cedar, vetiver and oakmoss, giving the freshness a restrained woody and earthy foundation. Cologne Gingembre retains the polished character associated with the L'Homme collection while emphasising citrus, water, herbs and spice, resulting in one of the lighter and more overtly refreshing interpretations of the original fragrance.
