Description:
Herbes Troublantes is a poetic reinterpretation of the classic Eau de Cologne, designed to evoke the sensation of walking barefoot through dew-covered grass at dawn. Originally created by Thierry Wasser, Guerlain’s in-house perfumer, the fragrance blends bright bergamot and lemon verbena with soft, herbal thyme for an airy, green opening. A gentle floral heart of orange blossom and rose lends romantic softness, while musk gives it a clean, intimate finish. Reintroduced in 2020 under the L’Art & La Matière line, it represents Guerlain’s refined minimalism — understated, comforting, and quietly emotive. A fragrance that whispers rather than shouts, Herbes Troublantes is perfect for those who appreciate softness, nostalgia, and the artistry of restraint.
Please note, when ordering a decant size, you will receive the original fragrance in a glass vial atomizer, not the bottle pictured above.
