Description:
Flåm is a 2021 Memo Paris Eau de Parfum inspired by the Norwegian village of Flåm and the contrasts of its Nordic landscape. Created by Philippe Paparella-Paris, the fragrance combines bright freshness with a warmer floral, woody and vanilla foundation. Bergamot and bitter orange provide a vivid citrus opening alongside aromatic clary sage. A petaly accord and jasmine sambac form the floral heart, introducing a smooth white-floral character. Virginia cedarwood then brings a dry woody element to the composition, while tonka bean and Madagascar vanilla add rounded warmth. Musk and ambrettolide soften the base and complete the fragrance with a clean, enveloping texture. The progression from citrus and herbs through jasmine to vanilla-tonka woods reflects the contrast between freshness and warmth central to Memo Paris’s presentation of Flåm.
