Dama Bianca is pretty, sweet and slightly fresh, with a speck of sharp violet softened by vanilla. The fruity notes settle while keeping it light, and the vanilla comes through in the drydown to round it out.

Some find it overly sweet and syrupy, and a few cannot pick up any citrus freshness at the top.

Fans call it effervescent and light, like violets dusted with vanilla sugar.
