Description:
Mercedes-Benz Club Black Eau de Toilette is a woody amber fragrance released in 2017 and created by perfumer Olivier Cresp. Designed around a warm, refined contrast of freshness, incense and vanilla, it begins with bright bergamot before moving into a heart where jasmine is warmed by smoky incense. This aromatic transition gives the fragrance a darker, resinous character while maintaining a clear floral element. The drydown brings together vanilla, benzoin, golden woods and ambrox, creating a smooth combination of sweetness, balsamic warmth and contemporary woody-amber texture. Vanilla becomes an important part of the fragrance’s later development, softened and structured by benzoin and woods rather than presented as a purely gourmand note. The result is a warm, ambery composition with a concise progression from sparkling citrus through incense and jasmine to a rich vanilla-wood base, reflecting the darker character of the Mercedes-Benz Club Black line.
